Stretching and Massaging Products

Here are a few of my favorite stretching and massaging products.

Massage Trigger Point Cane
This is a great tool for for trigger point relief that you can do on yourself. The shape allows you to easily reach those knots in your back. It includes an instruction manual too.

Stretching Strap

This is a perfect way to more easily stretch yourself. It’s durable, has comfortable padded handles, and it comes with a book of stretches.

Massage Lacrosse Ball Set

You can use these to relieve tension in your muscles: roll under your feet, place them under your back while laying down, under your glutes while sitting, against the wall for your shoulder, the uses are endless!

Foam Roller

Who needs a deep tissue massage session when you can just roll the pain away with your foam roller?! It is perfect for self myofacial release.

Exercise Equipment

Here are some of the equipment I have and use in my studio.

The Step.

This is NOT just for step aerobics. There are endless exercises that can be done with this simple piece of equipment, plus it also can act like a weight bench to do strengthening exercises on your back. Step ups, lunges, feet or hands on step push ups, and a variety of cardiovascular moves can be done using The Step. It’s a staple in my gym and every client uses this.

Synergee Core Sliders

Use on carpet or on hard surfaces, these sliders can offer a variety of core and leg strengthening exercises. Exercise manual included.

Magnetic Belt Drive Spin Bike

I spent way too much time researching bikes and returned one before purchasing this Sunny. The magnetic belt is definitely the way to go! It is a quiet, smooth ride and is fairly easy to move if space is an issue. Save your money on a Peloton bike and purchase this bike and the Peloton app instead.

Resistance Loop Bands

Another staple piece of equipment that I use on all my clients. Such a great tool for hip strengthening.

9 inch Pilates Ball

This ball can be used for a variety of exercises as it offers resistance as well as instability. Great for standard pilates moves as well as for a variety of core and hip strengthening.

Fitness Jump Rope

Convertible jump rope! This can be used as a regular jump rope, or with a shorter version if you aren’t the coordinated type. This will track your repetitions and time for you.

Weight Lifting Hooks

This is very helpful if you have any forearm pain or weakness in grip and you are doing heavy lifting (rows, deadlifts, etc.) It’s easy to strap in and out of if you’re switching exercises.
