Rehab Equipment
Here are a few of my favorite products and tools that I use when doing rehabilitation.
Has 2 straps plus an extension strap to secure to any chair. Very helpful for long drives or sitting for hours in a chair. Check dimensions as well if you are looking at putting it on a short dept seat.
This chair is recommended by the Ergonomics Application Association as it offers lots of possible adjustments to fit your body’s needs: height, recliner position, headrest, armrest, and back support. They also make armrest pads if you like a more comfortable place for your elbows to sit.
Many runners use this exact strap for patellar pain. It has soft cushioning yet provides stability without adding too much pressure or tightness. It’s machine washable and quick-drying.
Flexbar for Forearm Strengthening
This tool is a great fit for anyone wanting to improve their grip strength or rehab from a forearm or wrist injury.
Designed specifically for people with kneecap pain or joint injuries. The fabric is soft and breathable and has 2 adjustable Velcro straps that are easily adjustable to ensure a snug fit from back to front.
There are so many bands on the market but this one is a top favorite amongst therapists. The band is breathable, stretchy, wide, and has an inner gel pad. It is easy to fasten and adjust for a perfect fit.
