Getting Started

After a 15 minute phone consultation, the first session will include a full body assessment as well as a lifestyle interview to live a happier and healthier life. Depending on your primary reason for seeking training, we can measure your flexibility, mobility, strength, balance, and address any other factors physically and emotionally that may be limiting your wellbeing, happiness, and successful performance of daily activities. We will then create SMART goals together to come up with a plan for success.

All sessions are always tailored specifically to your needs and goals.

Typical Training Sessions may Include:

  • Warm up
  • Stretching
  • Exercises to improve mobility
  • Exercises to improve balance
  • Strengthening
  • Exercises to improve cardiovascular endurance
  • Assistance/guidance for building a regular exercise routine

Additional Occupational Therapy techniques can be used in your sessions if you have a script from a doctor (primary physician or chiropractor). We have an easy form for you to get this prescription from your doctor.

Enhanced Therapy Techniques:

  • Stretching by trainer / therapist
  • Tissue massage (manually or with tools/instruments)
  • Pain management education and treatment
  • Kinesiotape / bracing
  • General wellness coaching with regular wellness challenges
  • Nutrition guidance
  • Education on ergonomics and lifestyle modifications

Current Rates:

  • 10-15 minute phone consultation/interview = Free
  • Personal Training Session (50-55 minutes) = Please contact me for my current rates.

Payment:

  • We accept all major credit cards, including HSA/FSA cards.
  • Note that a letter of medical necessity from your doctor is required for HSA/FSA tax purposes (we can provide a form for your doctor to sign).
