Occupational Therapy (OT) is a health, wellness, and rehabilitation progression dedicated to the maximization of performance and function across the lifespan so that individuals can live their lives to their fullest. Taking on a holistic view and assessing psychological, physical, emotional, and social needs, OT’s help people achieve their goals, function at the highest possible level, maintain or rebuild their independence, and participate in everyday activities of life.

Unique Combined Approach

I use my OT skills when personal training to help post-rehab individuals who have completed skilled therapy, yet are not quite ready to enter the gym or resume their previous level of exercise. We will continue to use corrective and rehabilitation exercises to help one get back to their prior routine. I will collaborate with the previous therapist or physician if needed to ensure safe results.
