My enthusiasm for health and fitness started at a young age. I always had a passion for helping others and pursued a Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 2006, as well as a Certification in Personal Training in 2011 and a nutritionist certification in 2024. I worked as a practicing OT in an outpatient sports medicine clinic for over 12 years focusing on rehabilitating orthopedic injuries of the upper extremity. After treating many patients that sustained injuries from exercising incorrectly, I was motivated to start personal training out of my home studio in 2011.

I enjoy working one-on-one with training clients and therapy patients helping them safely and effectively reach their health and fitness goals.

In my free time I enjoy bodybuilding competitions, traveling, journaling, playing instruments, home movies nights with the family, and spending time with my husband and 2 kids.
